Industrial Chemicals Ltd operates its own transport fleet consisting of 27 experienced and ADR trained Class 1 drivers, and are managed in house. With a recent investment in excess of £2 million, our modern fleet of vehicles and tankers are capable of running at a gross weight of 44 tons, carrying a net payload of up to 30 tons.
ICL has over 40 years experience in transport, and prides itself on a service to customers that is flexible, reliable and professional. Being a chemical manufacturing company ourselves who rely on timely deliveries in order to keep plants running, we understand the critical nature that transport plays to a company’s activities.
The ICL transport department arrange product to be delivered both nationally and internationally, using a combination of our in-house transport fleet and a dedicated sub-contract haulage commitment.
The transport office consists of a close team who has worked together for over 8 years, comprising of:
- Martin Clifford - Transport Manager
- Maitland Wood - Assistant to Transport Manager/ Class 1 ADR Driver
- Vicky Butler - Invoicing Supervisor / Transport Administrator
- Graham Carnaby - International Transport coordinator
